This is an enormous residence with an internal living area of 1045sqm., with terracing and gardens of approx.1600sqm. There is an additional one bedroom guesthouse with kitchen and private Jacuzzi available, too. ( $150 - $250 per night depending on season)
The main villa consists of 5 en-suite double bedrooms, main living and dining area, large pantry kitchen with refrigerator and a fully-equipped western kitchen with oven. hob, microwave, dishwasher etc. on the lower level of the villa. There is ample car parking available in shade, under the villa complex. The guesthouse (1 or 2 additional rooms) is just a few short steps away from the main villa and benefits from its own plunge Jacuzzi pool, sundeck and covered parking.
The pool level is the ultimate in modern luxury living. The infinity pool has everything from shallow beds, to a large Jacuzzi bubble beds, jet fountains, and two lotus flower water fountains. At each end of the pool there’s a stylish shower (hot & cold water) and the expansive ocean view terrace surrounding the pool. The terrace wraps around three sides of the villa and there are ample sunbeds available.
This is a property where no corners have been cut, either on the construction materials or the finishes and fittings.
