This very charming 5 bedroom beachfront, timber villa is located on a quiet stretch of Ban Tai beach and is approx. 25 minutes drive from Samui Airport, 30 from Chaweng and only 10 to Nathon. From the balcony of the villa, the guests have a great view onto the palm garden, the communal swimming pool and onto the sea with Koh Phangan in the distance.
This Holiday Villa provides enough space for 8 adults and 2 children. The perfect family holiday location! The rental rate is 7,300 Baht/night during low season, 8,900 B/night during high season and 10,200 B/night during the Christmas- / New Year peak season. The villa is well maintained and is located one house back from the beach front. From the large precious wooden terrace, the guests have a lovely view of the gardens with lots of colorful & ornamental shrubs.
The ground floor terrace is the perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy your evening G&T. Ceiling fans, sun beds and a small sitting corner provide cosiness in the shade. The built-in kitchen with breakfast counter / bar which is very well equipped. From the master bedroom balcony you have a lovely view of the beach and over to Koh Phangan island. There are very few tourists or locals on the 3,5 km long beach of Bang Por and is perfect for beach walkers with lots of good Thai restaurants nearby.
