A spacious & luxurious villa arranged on 5 levels, with panoramic sea views. Located on the cliffs overlooking Tong Son bay; just 10 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes to Chaweng centre. The villa entrance sets the scene for a uniquely designed interior with the central focus of a grand open-plan, ocean view lounge, dining and kitchen concept. An infinity edge pool (chlorine free), complete with jacuzzi spa, leads out from this main area to provide an ocean view across the north east side of the island incorporating the island of Koh Phanghan. The sunrise is a fantastic and can be experienced fully from the living area. The 4 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms (3 king-size and 1 twin) have ocean views and are equipped with all facilities to ensure guest comfort & privacy during their stay, these include: full en-suites (master with jacuzzi bath), telephone, fridge, electric kettle providing tea/coffee facilities, security safe, television, DVD player & WiFi. The villa is perfectly equipped to accommodate 8 people, combining privacy with unique social areas including a ground floor open level ideal for entertaining and BBQ parties, there is also an Intercom system throughout the Villa. The luxury designer kitchen is equipped with a water purification system, large double door fridge/freezer with high specification oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, coffee making machine in kitchen and a complete selection of ovenware, dining ware, cutlery, glassware and kitchen tools. A separate maid's room with en-suite bathroom is available at no extra cost.
Housekeeping service three times per week (including change of towels and linens every 3 days). Free airport transfer both ways. In-house Chef available for special functions. Car or motorbike hire arranged. The villa is availabe to rent as 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms (4,6, 8 persons).
