Just 15 minutes from the airport and only 5 to Choeng Mon beach, make this an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. This spacious, Thai style house with wooden floors and unique decorative features boasts a grand sweeping staircase/entrance. Baan Chang has 3 air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, a private garden and a large patio area featuring a sparkling kidney-shaped swimming pool for your personal use. The fully fitted western style kitchen and dining area are open plan in design. Satellite TV, DVD player and wifi internet are also provided with our compliments for your entertainment.
Following the large sweeping staircase to the first floor of the villa, are two, virtually identical, en-suite master bedrooms; both with small balconies offering partial sea views. The beautifully designed bathrooms feature bathtub, shower, basin and WC. There is also a TV with DVD player in the rooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.
The dining area and kitchen are open-plan in design and the dining table can comfortably seat 8 people. This is a fully equipped and spacious kitchen.
The patio area has a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining beside the pool.
Baan Chang has a lovely courtyard area where the pool is situated but there is also a garden below the courtyard, to the side and rear of the house. You can choose the sun loungers either by the pool or in the garden area.
Complimentary breakfast prepared by your very own Housekeeper and daily cleaning service is inclusive. The services of a full time villa Manager/Concierge are available perhaps to organize a Chef for the evening, a massage or trip around the island.
The accommodation comprises of 2 full-size beds and 1 set of twin beds. Additional folding beds are available upon request. RATES low season (17 Jan - 30 Jun & 1 Oct - 30 Nov) - 375 USD, high season (1 jul - 1 Sept & 17 Jan - 1 April) 450 USD and peak season ( 15 Dec - 10 Jan) - 650 US Dollars per night fully inclusive.
