Baan Chuddanip is a recently completed 5 bedroom, sea view, private villa available for rent on the tropical island of Koh Samui in southern Thailand. Situated above coconut and cashew plantations with panoramic views of the sea and mountains, the villa ensures privacy, comfort, and style. The villa boasts a large ocean view infinity pool with feature water slide.
With a design derived from the tropical architecture of south-east Asia and furnished with all modern amenities, Baan Chuddanip's 1000 sq. meters of living area, including five en-suite bedrooms which offer guests an unprecedented holiday experience or long term stay.
The Villa has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Thailand; it overlooks the Big Buddha statue, Wat Plai Laem and coconut plantations in the foreground with panoramic views from Koh Phangan to Angthong Marine Park, Menam, Bophut Hills, and Bangrak in the foreground. It is close to the major attractions in Chewang and Bophut, shopping, beaches, night life, the airport and more.
This beautiful five bedroom villa is located within a gated community on a west-facing hillside in Cheong Mon; just 10 minutes walk to Cheong Mon Beach.
Linens and towels are provided at the Villas. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. Limited laundry facilities exist on site and charges are made per item. Outside services are also available for a small service charge and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure. Personal safe are provided in all rooms for the protection of the guest's valuables.

Daily rates for full occupancy are from US $850 to $1,200
Daily rates for reduced occupancy of 1-4 bedrooms from US $450 to $1,100
Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 (ten) Guests (including children). Extra beds will be charged at US $50 per night but a baby cot will be provided free of charge.
A minimum stay of 3 nights (10 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Peak seasons) is required.

The services of two full time English speaking housekeeping/maintenance staff who are resident on the property.

A 10% service charge and 7% taxes will be added.

Daily rates for an optional full time Thai Chef is US $45. (Food cost on Guests account)
Note: The Pool Level of the Villa is not suitable for unsupervised children and no wheelchair access is available.
