Conveniently located near to the ring-road in Chaweng Noi; just minutes from Golden Sands beach, Chaweng Beach and the nightlife. There is also a 37 foot speed boat available for charter to guests at preferential rates.
Villa rates
• Daily rates from US$ 800 to 1,400 for the entire house or US$ 500 to 700 for 3 bedrooms (in intermediate and high seasons only)
• Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account) Food & wine supply on purchase cost plus 15% handling/admin, or minimum 500 Baht handling fee per shopping
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Prime seasons)
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 (ten) Guests (including children).
Please advise us of your dates and we will confirm the costs. Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
• Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• Airport transfer: US$ 35 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
• Baby cot provided free of charge
• Rates include daily Continental breakfast
• For weddings and private parties, surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests
