Baan Faa Sai (blue skies house)is situated above the village of Bang Por on the northern coast of the idyllic tropical island of Koh Samui, approx. 3km from the main ring-road. Access is via a new 6m wide concrete road all the way to the villa. This location is absolutely ideal for those wishing a very quiet, private, away from it all vacation. The island's centre, Nathon, is just 15 minutes away. Bophut/Fisherman's Village is approx. 20 minutes drive. There are many excellent restaurants in the vicinity and they are normally very happy to deliver. The nearest beach is straight down the hill from the villa and over the other side of the ring-road (approx. 8 minutes drive).
This Spacious Balinese style villa provides privacy, relaxation and luxurious tropical comfort. It offers breath taking views across a lush hillside to the stunning 180 degree sea view of the crystal clear aqua blue waters of the Gulf of Thailand, Anthong NAtional Marine Park, Koh Phangan island and even the granite peaks of the southern tip of the mainland. The layout of this villa has been carefully considered to provide 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms, plus a 1 bedroom apartment/substantial maid’s quarters, open-plan kitchen with full equipment, separate laundry, with open plan private indoor and outdoor living areas including a large covered deck and a large swimming pool, including an integral spa. There is also a separate sala and underground parking; all providing you with the ultimate in tropical exclusive living. Due to the location of this villa you will require 4wd transportation; this can be arranged at 100 US Dollars per day (4WD Toyota Fortuner for 6 persons). You may also make your own private arrangements if you so wish.
Prices: 8th January - 13th December 400 US Dollars per night and 14th December to 7th January US Dollars 1,000 per night. Free airport/port pick-up and drop-off service is offered for you and your guests(please ask for details).

Baan Faa Sai also has a full-time manager who is available to help ensure you have a perfect holiday. He provides full serviced accommodation, taking care of rooms, gardens and pools. He can arrange for you to have an in-house chef should you wish or provide food or wine/drinks, organize tours, activities or taxis, and provide a rental car. We can also arrange for you to have a foot or body massage and spa treatment at the villa or in a nearby five star resort. The villa manager's best talent is that he is a fully trained cocktail barman, who can be persuaded to whip you up the the drink or cocktail of your dreams!
