Tis villa is located on a private gated residence, just 200 metres from the ring-road. It shares a sensational 20m x 5m swimming pool and sundeck with 5 other townhouses.
The accommodation comprises of entrance, Western kitchen with washing machine, through to lounge and dining room with sliding door onto the private sun terrace which has 2 sunbeds and a table and chairs for 4 persons. Steps lead you down to the lovely gardens and swimming pool. Upstairs is the master bedroom with feature 4 poster bed and private sun terrace with views of Chaweng bay. It also boasts a separate bathroom with bathtub and a shower room. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds and has its own en-suite shower room. There is plenty of wardrobe/storage space in both bedrooms. All upstairs floors are fitted with wood.
The lounge area enjoys a 42inch plasma TV, DVD and surround sound system. WIFI internet connection is available (but not guaranteed).

High season supplement for July, August and December and January - 5,000 Baht per night. Weekly housekeeping service is included in the price. Collection and return to the airport, car/motorbike hire can be arranged.
